At Fertility Plus, we offer fertility treatment for intended parents who already have a suitable surrogate or wish to go through the journey internationally. We partner with clinics in the UK as well as in the USA. In America there is more legal protection for the intended parents.
Surrogacy is a personal journey where another woman carries the pregnancy for you.
We provide fertility treatment such as IVF or embryo transfer for individuals and couples who have found their own surrogate and are ready to begin treatment. We guide you through the full medical side of the journey.
We connect you with experienced doctors at leading American clinics and a specialist surrogacy lawyer, giving you expert guidance and support throughout your surrogacy journey.
Under UK law, the surrogate (and her spouse or partner) are considered the legal parents at birth. As intended parents, you'll typically need to apply for a parental order after your baby arrives to become their legal parents.
The law in the States differs vastly and certain states have legal mechanisms that allow intended parents to be recognised as the legal parents either before or after the birth. It is important to get the right legal advice to assist you in your decision making.
